I just made t-shirts for a tour. bought them for 2$ a pop at butterflies and ill sell them for 10$. maybe even 15$ depending on how drunk the person who's buying it is..

price of the t-shirt printing paint - 20$
15 T Shirts - 30$
roller - 4$
time to cut stencil - 2 hours

potential over all profit is hitting around 100$.

If it was put in the too hard basket, it would be a decision made by the political masters (the Minister in the NACT Gov't) of The MC(f)H rather than the 'staff', to put it more accuratly.
